• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

We do not allow minors to host or participate in restricted features. Suspected violations may be reported and acted upon.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree to use Frenzy Meet only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• Post or share harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Share contact information (phone, WhatsApp, social media IDs)
• Engage in harassment, scams, or misleading activities
• Attempt to bypass moderation systems

You are solely responsible for any content you upload, stream, or share.

By posting content, you grant Frenzy Meet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content within the platform.

We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove content that violates policies.

We use automated systems and human moderation to ensure compliance.

• Live violations may be acted upon immediately
• Reported content is typically reviewed within 24 hours
• Severe violations may lead to instant suspension or removal

• Virtual coins and gifts can be purchased via Google Play Billing
• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law

Users are responsible for verifying purchase details before completing transactions.

You are responsible for your interactions with other users.

• Do not share personal or financial information
• Use caution when interacting with others
• Report suspicious or harmful behavior

Frenzy Meet does not guarantee the conduct of users.

You agree not to:

• Upload or share explicit, sexual, or harmful content
• Exploit or harm minors in any way
• Promote illegal activities
• Impersonate others
• Use bots, scripts, or automated systems

Violations may result in permanent account suspension.

Frenzy Meet has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse or exploitation. Read more here

• Any such content will be removed immediately
• Accounts will be permanently banned
• Matters may be reported to relevant authorities

The Service may include links to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate these Terms
• Required by law
• Necessary to protect the platform or users

Upon termination, access to the Service may be revoked without notice.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Frenzy Meet shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or goodwill
• User-generated content or interactions

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Frenzy Meet, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India.

Frenzy Meet may provide a Picture-in-Picture (PiP) feature that allows users to continue viewing live or video content while the application is minimized or running in the background.

By using this feature, you acknowledge that:

• Content may continue playing outside the main app interface
• You remain responsible for all activity associated with your account while PiP is active
• All Community Guidelines and platform policies continue to apply during PiP usage

Frenzy Meet is not responsible for any distractions, interruptions, or unintended usage resulting from enabling PiP mode.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Frenzy Meet regarding use of the Service.
